London, 30 April 2025 – XDI (Cross Dependency Initiative) is proud to announce the release of its Large Site Screen Tool, a major new feature in the XDI Climate Risk Hub. The XDI Climate Risk Hub is a secure, on-demand platform delivering high-quality physical climate risk analysis. From single-asset screening for due diligence to deep portfolio assessments for regulatory disclosure, the Hub provides world-leading risk insights at the touch of a button.

The new Large Site Screen Tool is ideal for asset managers, developers, and infrastructure investors seeking cost-effective, high-level climate risk assessments across areas of up to 1 square kilometre. The tool is intended for use by:

  • Asset managers screening large-scale commercial investments

  • Real estate and infrastructure investors preparing due diligence reports

  • Developers evaluating site viability for major infrastructure projects

Key Features:

  • Intuitive visual map-based site boundary definition (up to 1 km²)

  • Flexible grid resolution for tailored analysis granularity

  • Asset configuration options for real or planned infrastructure

  • Climate risk distribution and hazard breakdown for up to 2,500 site points

  • Automatic identification of the site's riskiest point with full climate risk analysis

“With climate risk increasingly influencing investment and development decisions, we’re excited to equip our clients with an on-demand tool that delivers reliable, granular analysis of large sites anywhere on the globe” said Jason Gregory, Head of Product, XDI(Cross Dependency Initiative).
