We XDI / The Climate Risk Group are introducing a Managing Director to lead the next stage of our growth — building the SaaS engine that scales both our business and our impact. You’ll co-develop and deliver a product-driven strategy, guide our transition from sales-led to SaaS-led growth, and take ownership of revenue, margins, and financial sustainability. Alongside this, you’ll shape our go-to-market approach, strengthen product-market fit, and build empowered teams that thrive in a culture of collaboration and innovation. Partnering closely with our Founder/CEO and senior leaders, you’ll ensure that every step of growth delivers not just commercial success, but meaningful progress in tackling climate risk
