EasyXDI Free Report

Single asset climate risk report, allows an asset owner or developer to check climate risk before proceeding with development, maintenance or purchase.

EasyXDI Commercial Report

An EasyXDI or single asset analysis report provides the details of climate risk analysis for a single physical asset such as a building, water pump, bridge, or any human-made physical structure. The online analysis considers each element of the structure’s construction and evaluates each element’s risk to climate hazards over time.

Adapt XDI Analysis

For each analysed asset, XDI’s adaptation planning analysis allows the user to test a number of adaptation pathways, each consisting of a number of actions, and with a user-specified year and cost.

Large-Site Analysis + Site Local Cross-Dependency

Large Site analysis is used for sites spread over a large area (such as shopping centres or industrial estates), where a single node analysis may not cover all extreme weather and climate risks affecting the site. Instead, a mesh of archetypal nodes that mimic assets are placed across the site to simulate constructed assets.

The Large Site Analysis can include:

  1. Onsite Analysis

An Onsite Analysis grids a single archetype across the site that the client is interested in at a 20m interval.

  1. Offsite Analysis

An Offsite Analysis grids a single archetype in a 2km radius around the Onsite nodes. This provides Cross Dependency insights.

  1. Onsite Comparison

An Onsite Comparison Analysis grids both a 1) Low Vulnerability and a 2) High Vulnerability archetype across the site that the client has provided at a 20m. The intention is to understand a range of vulnerabilities across the site.

Linear Asset Analysis

A Linear Asset Analysis builds on the Large Site Analysis methodology, by utilising an archetypal grid except in a linear pathway. A single archetype such as a road or pipe, is analysed at intervals along the length of the linear path provided.
